After a 10 years experience in the International Rock Tour organizations across the world, since 1996 Massimo Scialò has been the Resource Director for Eurotime Italia and SCL Initiatives France, music business companies specialized in live events.
In 1996 he started his career as Financial director, HR manager and "start up strategy" director for different music related companies in both Europe and North America focusing on planning and company growth. He is specialized in the fields of IT marketing, communication strategy for entertainment and music Internet based companies.
He is also an expert on youth culture and youth life style products and services. He is fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish. In 2002 he published the book “I segreti del Rock” ("the secrets of rock"), an insight of the rock and roll business, that has since been adopted as a reference text book in several university across Italy.
As of 2005, Massimo Scialo' became a professor in IT Marketing and communication at both the Sapienza University and UPS university in Rome. In 2009 he become CEO of the Australian Company Beatpick specialized in IT royalties and contents distribution.
In 2017 Massimo joined Soundreef as Director International Sales.
