Ursula Silling is Founder and CEO of XXL Solutions GmbH, a boutique consultancy with focus on customer, technology, innovation and commercial transformation. She worked in various executive positions before founding XXL Solutions including the British Airways Group, Lufthansa, Lufthansa Systems, TUI and their low cost carrier HLX, the Virgin Group, Brussels Airlines, Aerosvit (Ukraine).
As part of her role as CEO of XXL Solutions Ursula also held various interim senior management positions during transformation periods, among others with Aer Lingus (future distribution strategy and technology), Monarch Airlines and Air Malta (commercial director during a transformation process). She developed and implemented future loyalty and customer engagement concepts and digital strategies for aviation and hospitality stakeholders as well as for various retailers, insurances and banks. She advised technology start ups about their product and sales and marketing strategy.
She also leads various research projects, among other international airport benchmarks and best practice loyalty and customer engagement programs across industries. She helds guest lectures at a number of universities and is a renowned speaker and moderator.
XXL Solutions took over the organisation of the Hamburg Aviation Conference in 2013, building on the theme of innovation and think future through diversity.

She has extensive experience to work in different cultural environments and markets, with very tough challenges requiring hands on support as well as the development of a clear vision and the subsequent strategy to achieve it.
