Lee Lipton is the Director of Air Service and Cargo Development for Vantage Airport Group. He leads the development of airline service, passenger growth and cargo traffic for the company’s eight airports in four countries.
Lee’s career has focused on developing airline route networks, including roles in network planning, flight scheduling and business strategy. Lee has led the planning team at the network airline Aer Lingus in Ireland and held a number of leadership roles at U.S. low cost carrier Southwest Airlines. His airline career began in Baltimore, where he worked in Southwest’s airport operations and customer service departments.
Lee is currently based in Vancouver, Canada, where he serves on the board of directors for the Icelandic Canadian Club of British Columbia. He is also a Global Ambassador for Northwestern University, where he received his Masters degree. Lee’s hometown is Roslyn, New York.
